my loving dear puppy used to eat my xs shoes all the time.  in the matter of 6 months, she ate 22 pairs of my husband’s work shoes too.  he was a lil more than just mad........we did start to crate her when we weren’t home, and the shoe eating slowed down, but every time we thought she’d be ok, that was not the answer.  she’d do it again and again.  she is now 3 and has stopped chewing his shoes due to we are not together anymore.  but i still don’t trust her to out of her kennel when i am not home.  Because a couple of times she she ate my favorite boots, and heels :-(
