OUR THEORY is pretty simple..............Yes, she ate it.

Our beautiful baby Boxer, Duchess has eaten her weight worth of clothes and toys and much much more.... here’s a list to name a few:

1. • numerous socks,
   

2. •children's underwear
   

3. •G.I Joes,
   

4. •a matchbox car,
   

5. •rocks,
   

6. • pencils and paper,
   

7. •stuffing from teddy bears,
   

8. •half of a baby blanket (we had to help her get this one out-almost 2 feet long),
   

9. •shoes galore,
   

10. •sticks,
    

11. •the rubber lining from the food bowl,
    

12. •tape,
    

13. •remotes,
    

14. •a cell phone,
    

15. •toilet paper
    

16. •and who knows what else we are missing....
    

We actually had to take her to the vet a few times to make sure she was okay, and our vet recommended that we muzzle her every time she is out of her crate. So we did that for a while but she looked so sad, so one day we decided not to put the muzzle on her and guess what?.... she ate part of the muzzle. Only enough to keep it from clasping together.

Some might say “smart dog”, while others like myself wonder how much the vet will charge this time. Duchess is currently under house arrest for eating my brother in laws baseball cap and she is looking to serve some time in her crate. She keeps us busy but we love her!
