I have two Boston Terriers, whom I love very much.  However, they’re still in the chewing stage…which is to the detriment of several things in my house:

  1. •My favorite pointy-toed black work shoes.  Just one, mind you, so that I had to throw away a perfectly good left shoe.


  1. •The corner of a wall.  Paint, drywall, everything to the supporting beam.


  1. •Carpet.  Certain sections of our wall-to-wall carpet


  1. •My favorite: pieces of a towel. Ferdie managed to swallow a big enough piece to cause an obstruction and have to get surgery.  Ick.  Note to self: no more towels, etc. in a crate.
