One example would be the vinyl flooring in the kitchen.  Luckily, we plan on tiling the kitchen, because they have pulled up and chewed the ENTIRE kitchen floor.  It is now bare concrete.  Also in the kitchen is where we installed the XL sized doggy door.  We figured that was the best location for it since they had already chewed the hole for it in the wall.  The hole was so large that after the door was installed, we still had to patch around it!  They have chewed another strip on the wall right next to the doggy door again.  Along with a grapefruit sized hole by the front door and one in a hallway.  We also have 3 cats who have never been shown any aggression.  We are very lucky that all 6 animals get along very well, especially with them coming into our home at all different times.  They haven't gone after shoes or clothes.  The vintage photography book, a few magazines, and a couple doggy beds have all been completely shredded, but our clothes are ok. 

As frustrating as it may get, and the choreography needed to get them set for our work day, we love them.  Just one look in their face as they give back all the love and attention makes it worth it.  (Barely.  LOL)
