Wow!!! after reading those stories I see I'm not the only one with a knucklehead...  Well hears my story:

I have always been into the Doberman Pincher breed and when I got my own place I got my 1st one Maximus (The Red One) Boy was he ever spoiled too.  He was always in my lap, and sleeping beside, he seemed to be PERFECT but then right about 4 months old did I ever get a horrible awakening when I got home from work. Max had chewed a  HUGE hole in the center of my NEW KING bed!!!  (Boy was I ever mad). So I figured okay I'll just lock you in the kitchen you loose free roam of the house  HAHA not even the custom 5 foot gate I had made kept him in he jumped it like it was nothing. I'm only 5*4 so being able to jump that high was a shocker for me.  Then came the molding around the door (my neighbors dog started this one) he chewed the paint off the wall and another HUGE hole.  He looked like Santa Clause he was so white from the sheet rock.  (Never chewed shoes though) wish he had i'd buy Walmart out if that's all he ever wanted.  So I try to smarten up and pull the old switch a roo so I blew a whooping $500 on TOYS hard rubber Kongs, Nylabones if it said he couldn't chew through it in a day I got it basically  Kong did okay for about 7 hours then kong went bye bye chewed though the BLACK one for tough chewers.  Nylabones Rhino Cone has lasted about a month now however. So even with ALL theses toys he still dugg a hole into the middle of the carpet (I WANT TO KNOW HOW THIS IS REALLY POSSIBLE) I couldn't even cut it with a NEW razor blade but within 2 hours he's dug a hole and pulled the insulation up too.  (I'll hire him if I ever need carpet pulled up. He's ruined blinds.  But I love him to death and even though my fiance said it's him or me I chose Max because he'll be there forever and if my fiance thinks I'm that easy to leave the BYE BYE to him.  But they both stayed of course.  It hard somedays but the puppy is starting to go away.

So with my job I was checking a sezied home and to my surprise another Doberman was there starving to death tied to a tree with no food and the water he had was in a hole that he dug himself.  So bright little ol me adopts him too.  After about $3000.00 in vet bills and operation and worm treatment he's good as new.  He even hit it off with Max the 1st day.  His tag said his name I was Titan so I kept that for his sake since he'd been through so much.  Now I have Max and Titan. Titan has only 2 BIG issues if it's soft he's gonna chew and shred it so none of my soft blankets can go in the living room and 2 (I do approve of this one though) if you walk into my home with me there opening the door he's gonna bite you unless your smart enough to know his key word for STOP.
