My Dog, Mr. Bumpy Johnson cost us a $3500 vet bill, heres the story...
So one day bumpy stoped eating and everytime he would drink or try and eat anything he would throw up and he was not being his normal goofy self, So we took him to the vet and they did an x-ray where we could see alot of metal shiny things from his stomach and into his intestines and also his intestins were very cloudy looking. They did emergency surgery and this is what they found:
A towel (not a face towel, but a large dish towel) one part of the towel was stuck in his stomach and his body had tried to pass the rest, so in doing this his intestins wrapped around the towel and riped open, they also found half of his leather collar, a few socks, pieces of my cell phone he had chewed, pieces of plastic from chewing on his kennel, and other misc stuff.
From the damage the vet said that the towel had been in there at least a month, crazy dog, they cut out 2 feet of his intestin becasue it had died from circulation being cutt off. He had to stay in the hospital for a week after the surgery...
